Anticoagulation Forum Mini Boot Camp

Join world experts Dr. Scott Kaatz & Dr. Geoffrey Barnes in a rare opportunity to hear talks from the AC Forum Boot Camp curriculum. In addition, they will be joined by Dr. Nathan Clark for an engaging Q&A panel discussion during the "chalk talk". You can help to shape and drive cutting edge topics about caring for patients on anticoagulants and get your questions answered or cases discussed. Platelet Disorder Support Association (PDSA) Workshop: ITP Journal Club

Four leading international adult and pediatric specialists in Immune Thrombocytopenia (ITP) will hold an ITP journal club with moderator James Bussel, MD. Each of the four experts will select a recent article of interest, whether clinical or laboratory based, and present it live over approximately 10-15 minutes. This will be followed by discussion of each article, including questions from attendees. NASCOLA Membership Meeting (Private Event)

NASCOLA will hold our annual membership meeting for all active NASCOLA members.  It is  your right as a member, and for NASCOLA as an organization to be transparent regarding all business issues, so please join the business meeting after the ISLH/NASCOLA session. This is planned as a short (15 minute) business meeting only. Women and Girls with Bleeding Disorders Learning Action Network (WGBD LAN) Collaborative Research Meeting (Invitation Only)

This meeting will be a meeting of WGBD LAN members attending THSNA who are participating in or have interest in collaborating on one or more WGBD LAN research projects. This meeting will be facilitated by FWGBD staff and WGBD LAN Chair: Kristina Haley, DO, WGBD LAN Research Subcommittee Chairs: Julie Jaffray, MD and Janice Staber, MD. Target Audience Description:</strong> Hematologists and nurses who are attending THSNA and are currently members of the WGBD LAN. (Must be a current member to attend.)
