Exhibitor Checklist

Please find below information and deadlines that will assist you with your organization's participation in THSNA 2020.

Service Kit

GES is the official conference exhibit services company. Click here to access the THSNA 2020 service kit. Orders should be submitted to GES with payment before April 1 for best pricing.

Staff Registrations

Each company is entitled to a specific number of Full Conference Registrations and Exhibit Hall Only Registrations based on your sponsorship level. Please note that Exhibit Hall Only staff will not be permitted in any of the session rooms. These passes are for booth staff only. Conference registration codes must be applied by April 1.

Exhibit Directory Information

Please log into your exhibit account and add your company's most current description and logo to ensure that your directory listing is correct. All company information is due by January 30.

Exhibitor Ancillary Meetings/Event Space

THSNA 2020 has meeting space available for ancillary meetings at the Sheraton Grand Chicago. All meetings occurring during the conference dates must receive approval from THSNA. *Room assignments will be managed by THSNA with priority given to sponsors based on sponsorship level and date of request. To submit a meeting room request and/or to review the full list of guidelines & room rental fees, please CLICK HERE. *If you require meeting space, please contact us by January 10, 2020.

Door Drop

The combined hotel room door drop is scheduled for Wednesday, April 22. Please let us know by April 1 if you choose to participate. Participants are allowed a one page/double sided with pocket, max size: 8.5 x 11. All artwork and content must be approved by THSNA; Please allow 72 hours for approval. 1000 pieces will be needed. Once approved, please send to the Hotel no later than Friday, April 17 and please provide us a tracking number for your shipment.

Catering

Once approved by THSNA, please place all catering orders directly with Audra Coleman at The Sheraton Grand Chicago, who will gladly assist you with all catering needs. Preliminary orders are due by April 6.

Audiovisual Information (Ancillary Meetings & Events)

A/V needs at your own cost by contacting us at thsna-av@thsna.org. Click here to download the AV price list. All A/V orders are due by February 16.

Exhibit Lead Retrieval

THSNA 2020 will offer lead retrieval options if you are interested in purchasing this service to track/ collect attendee information at your symposium or booth. Additional information concerning lead retrieval options will be available on the conference website in January 2020.
