Satellite Symposia Checklist

Thank you for hosting a Satellite Symposium at THSNA 2026 in Portland. This page contains information regarding your session as well as important requests for information.

Session Information

Satellite symposium information will be posted on the THSNA website. In order for your session details to be included, please send all session information toIn order to include your session details, please send the following information to [email protected]. All session information is due by Monday, January 12.

  2. Name of Host Organization/Company as it Should Appear in the Program
  3. Logo of Host Organization/Company
  4. Session Description (less than 200 words)
  5. Continuing Education Information (will you be offering educational credits for your program?)
Staff Registrations

Each company sponsoring a satellite symposia/product theater is entitled to four full conference registrations. Please contact [email protected] to receive your codes. Conference registration codes must be applied by Thursday, February 19.

Exhibit Directory Information

Please be sure to log into your exhibit account and add your company's most current description and a logo to ensure that your directory listing is correct. All company profile information is due by Monday, January 26.

Please upload your high resolution logo for signage in EPS, PSD or AI versions here by Monday, January 26. If your logo is shared after January 26, we cannot guarantee it will be included in the summit signage.

Signage

THSNA will provide a digital sign outside of your session room including your event title and time. You are permitted to provide 1 additional sign to be displayed outside of your session room immediately prior to the program. We ask your sign be no larger than a meter board or pull up banner.

Exhibitor Ancillary Meetings/Event Space

THSNA 2026 has meeting space available for ancillary meetings at the Oregon Convention Center. All meetings occurring during the conference dates must receive approval from THSNA. All room assignments will be managed by THSNA with priority given to sponsors based on sponsorship level and date of request. To submit a meeting room request and/or to review the full list of guidelines & room rental fees, please CLICK HERE.All ancillary meetings requests should be placed by Monday, January 12. Room assignments will be confirmed the beginning of February.

Catering

Please place all catering orders directly with Andie Cuttifordi with Levy Restaurants at the OCC by email at [email protected]. Catering orders are due by Monday, January 26.

Room Set

Symposia venues seat approximately 100-150 people in rounds of 10. Alternative room sets are available for a fee. All Symposia and Ancillary room set preferences are due to THSNA at [email protected] by Monday, January 26.

Audiovisual Information

THSNA will provide standard A/V equipment including laptop computer on podium, presentation remote with laser pointer, LCD projector, projection screen, podium microphone, gooseneck microphone on head table, and wireless handheld microphone for Q&A in the satellite symposia/product theater rooms. Please note standard A/V does not include a technician. You may order any additional A/V needs at your own cost by contacting us at [email protected]. Click here to download the AV price list. If orders are not placed by January 26, you will be subject to the Convention Center Pricing.

Promotions

Conference Program: The conference program will include session title, description, logo and CME information (if applicable). The deadline to have the information included in THSNA promotional materials is Monday, February 5.

Email Blast: THSNA will send an email blast listing all of the satellite events to summit attendees and will direct attendees to the website for detailed information. The THSNA Email blast will be sent 2 weeks before the meeting.

Lead Retrieval/Badge Scanning

Please place your lead retrieval order by clicking here to view the THSNA 2026 Lead Retrieval options. This service allows exhibitors to track and collect attendee information at your symposium or booth. Pricing increases after February 19.
